Payment Policy
Our payment policy is designed to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process for our customers. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit, e-transfer and online payment platforms. All payments must completed within 24 hours after individual sessions and prepaid for group sessions (virtual and in person).
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour for individual sessions. If you need to cancel outside of this timeframe, a fee of $75 will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this. Short notice cancellations mean I can't reschedule the time and and I don't get paid. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
