Payment Policy
Our payment policy is designed to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process for our customers. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit, and online payment platforms. All payments must completed within 24 hours after individual sessions and prepaid for group sessions (virtual and in person).
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour for individual sessions. If you need to cancel outside of this timeframe, a fee of $75 will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this. Short notice cancellations mean I can't reschedule the time and and I don't get paid. I really appreciate your understanding on this and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
